I lost my husband 16 months ago. And have tried quite a few handymen. But I must say I found a winner. He is not out to pull the wool over your eyes. He is 💯 percent honest and puts”pride in his work. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable person to do there job. 45 North glad I found you.

Ross has done all kinds of work for me. From drywall to building a deck, he even plows my driveway in the winter. Great work for a great price. Would highly recommend

Ross worked on our chimney, it needed a new cap, crown and re-pointing. He is very meticulous and goes above and beyond. I had researched our problem before speaking with Ross and he's an expert in his craft! If you're looking for a mason that does the job right, look no further.

I had water damage on my back door entrance and couldn't put it of any longer
Mr.Palmer was efficient and took on the job and treated it like it was his own home.
Will be using 45 North for future projects to come.

45North has done a superb job in restoring our massive chimney. The chimney was built in the 1970s and had undergone significant deterioration (see the attached "before" photo). There had been water intrusion into the house due to the numerous cracks and fissures in the mortar. It was necessary to grind away the old mortar and to re-point the joints. The three upright supports at the top of the structure had to be replaced. This was a significant months-long undertaking but the completed chimney is better than new (see the attached "after" photo). 45North kept us informed with daily status reports and plans for the work that was to be done. We could not be more pleased with the final result and would recommend 45North as a superior contractor.
